Bug Title Jog/Shuttle ALWAYS switches back to JOG  
Bug Description The jog/shuttle mode (toggled with CTRL+J or middle mouse wheel click) always reverts back to jog mode whenever you click ANYWHERE in the interface.

This is a major issue for anyone using or hoping to use a Contour Shuttle or similar device to do advanced scrubbing of the timeline. This was not an issue with version 2.X. You only had to switch Edius into SHUTTLE MODE once per session. Now you have to do it after EVERY mouse click.
