Bug Title Key Assignment Overlaps  
Bug Description The default key assignments give a 'Key Assignment Overlaps' error message when trying to save or apply the setting. The overlaps are with Ctrl Alt T, Alt T, and Shift Ctrl T.

Temporary Workaround This problem can be fixed by re-installing EDIUS Pro 3.  
Comments The key boards short cut settings are double registared.
