Bug Title edl - still image import not supported  
Bug Description Edius 3 can only restore media files and not still pictures,
such as targas within the edl import.

I tried to import an edl, including subtitles created with lemony 3.
but after the import the dialogue tells me, that it has to restore some missing files.
when trying to relinking to the tga-files i always get the message 'the choosen file did not match the original file info'.

without this bug it would be easy to integrate professional subtitling solutions, like for example 'lemony 3' offers and which i use when editing in premiere pro.

Comments xman. Another comment on the forums was that the file that was that en edl from Premier had still file names, but that .avi was appended to the end of the filename instead of .tga
