Bug Title HD incorrect field order  
Bug Description When importing HD clips the field order defaults to upper first. Then when you export to DVD, ProCoder Express defaults to lower field first causing jitter in your DVD video. To rectify you need to change the HD clips to lower field first in the properties when in the bin window.
