Bug Title Cut with Alt-M & insert clip, 1 frame at the end  
Bug Description Hi,

1.) shorten right AVI-1 on the timeline with Alt-M (the timlinepointer is now at the end of the TL)
2.) insert a clip from BIN with "right mouse + A"

Result: the clip is inserted BEFORE the last frame of AVI-1! This does mean, that 1 frame from AVI-1 is cut off and moved AFTER the clip, I've inserted at the end of the timeline....

When I jump to the end of the TL with key "END" and insert a clip with "right mouse + A" Edius V3.22 does work correct .
